Without base. Lock down type eliminates tilt. Better clamping pressure. Removed hinged handle - fast locking. Color could be black or blue. 4" Jaw width. 4-1/8" jaw opening. 1-1/4" jaw height. No base. Provides 1/2 pound of force vertically for each pound of horizontal force. Eliminates hammering lock down jaw.
