This tough vise is used for milling and other demanding machine applications. Hardened moveable jaw plates are square to 0.0015-Inch. Replaceable smooth jaw plates made of hardened and ground tool steel (replaceable); large cast iron crank handle. The base and bed are parallel to 0.002-Inch. The removable base swivels 360-Degree (1-Degree graduations) and can be fastened in place with two bolts.

This kit includes everything needed to get started milling wood, plastics, foam, rubber, PCB boards and more include the 3 axis cnc machine with frame, 3 NEMA 17 motors, power box with 250 watt power supply, cnc control electronics and CNC control software. A separate PC with a parellel port is needed and a rotary tool (Dremel or other brand) is needed and not included in this kit. Some users may have success with aluminum using a very small depth of cut. This is a kit which requires assembly. Tools required for assembly are a power drill/driver (drill bits are provided in kit), screw drivers, a metal file, hammer and SAE wrenches. This M1111 Milling Machine has all of the important features of the M1110, but with a few extra time-saving luxuries. However, this mill is further fortified with a quick-tilt headstock for horizontal milling, 1 HP brushless motor, a multi-function digital depth scale on the quill, push-button speed control and digital spindle tachometer. The quick reversing tapping feature also makes hole threading simple.
